JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this first application u/S. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested by police station Ambah, District Morena in Connection with Crime No.395/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 34 (2) of the Excise Act.

(3.) As per prosecution story, on 18/5/2022 the applicant was found in possession of 172.800 bulk liters of country made liquor, without having any license.
