JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application under Sec. 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, filed by the applicant for grant of temporary bail during trial.

(2.) The applicant is facing trial in connection with Crime No.726/2021, registered at Police Station-Azad Nagar, District-Indore, concerning offence under Ss. 306 of IPC, 1860. The applicant is in jail since 30/12/2021.

(3.) As per prosecution story on 30/09/2021 deceased Kajol committed suicide by hanging herself. As per the suicide note of the deceased the applicant and her husband were implicated in the matter for instigating the deceased to commit suicide.
