JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity "Cr.P.C").

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the FIR was lodged against unknown persons. No T.I.P. is made. Investigation is co mplete and chargesheet is filed.

(3.) Learned Government Advocate opposes the application and submits that there is a criminal history of three cases against applicant no. 1 Khir Giri and 12 cases against applicant no. 2 Shan Giri.
