SANTU PAL Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed as withdrawn by order dtd. 17/6/2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No.26737/2022.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 10/4/2021 in connection with Crime No.312/2020 registered at Police Station Morar Distt. Gwalior for offence under Ss. 307, 302, 147, 148, 149 and 34 of IPC and Sec. 25 and 27 of Arms Act.

(3.) As none appears for the applicant even in the second round, therefore, it appears that the applicant has lost his interest in prosecuting this application.
