JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is fourth repeat application filed under sec. 439 Cr.P.C seeking bail in connection with crime no.50/2021 registered at police station Rajgarh, district Rajgarh for the offence punishable u/s 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 120-B IPC & u/s 65,66(d), 70, 71, 72,74 of the IT Act but after filing this bail application mother of the applicant expired on 4/1/2022, hence at this stage the applicant is seeking temporary bail for a period of fifteen days to perform the last rites of his mother.

(2.) The factum of death has been verified by the GA.
