JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this first application u/S. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested by police station Goraghat, District Datia in Connection with Crime No.84/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 34 (2) of the Excise Act and Sec. 25 (1-A) of Arms Act.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated. The applicant is in jail since 19/5/2022. Investigation is already complete, charge-sheet has been filed and there is no requirement of further custodial interrogation of the applicant. On these grounds, he prays for grant of bail to the applicant.
