JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this first application u/S. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested by Police Station Chilwani, District Sheopur in Connection with Crime No.18/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Ss. 392 and 34 of IPC and Sec. 11/13 of MPDVPK Act.

(3.) T he allegation against the applicant/accused is that he along with co-accused persons looted the goats and cash from the complainant.
