JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is the second application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of bail. Applicant Manoj @ Mona Sharma was arrested on 17/11/2021 in connection with Crime No.416/2021 registered at Police Station Pipariya, District Narmadapuram (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Ss. 294, 307, 34 of the IPC and Sec. 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

(3.) The first bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dtd. 29/03/2022 passed in M.Cr.C.No.14086/2022.
