JUDGEMENT

(1.) This first application under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail.

(2.) The applicants apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.154/2022 registered at Police Station Hazira, District Gwalior for offence under Ss. 294, 327, 506, 427 and 34 of IPC.

(3.) The age of applicant No.2 Gaurav Singh Yadav has been shown about 16 years, thus, he is juvenile.
