JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first application filed by the applicant under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant is in custody since 29/8/2022 in connection with Crime No.44/2020 registered at P.S. Special Police Establishment Lokayukt, District Sagar (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Ss. 7, 13(1)(B) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

(3.) Earlier the applicant was granted bail by the trial Court and he was on bail till 29/8/2022. However, after filing of the charge-sheet when he appeared before the trial Court he got arrested and sent to the jail.
