JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A.No.15505/22, an application filed under Sec. 301(2) of Cr.P.C. for seeking permission to assist the prosecution. For the reason mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Shri S.S. Dhakad, Advocate, is permitted to assist the learned Additional Advocate General.

(2.) This is the first application under Sec. 438 of the Cr.P.C filed by the applicant who is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.796/2022, registered at Police Station- Civil Line Morena, DistrictMorena, for the offences punishable under Ss. 304-B, 498-A, 34 of IPC.

(3.) Applicant is a lady aged 39 years is a Govt. employee (Aanganwadi Karyakartha) apprehending her arrest on the basis of registration of offence as referred above.
