JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the second bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicants for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dtd. 1/4/2022 in M.Cr.C. No.16212/2022.

(2.) Applicant has been arrested on 28/2/2022 by Police Station, Excise Ashoknagar (MP), in connection with Crime No.336/2022 for the offence punishable under Sec. 34(2) of Excise Act.

(3.) From the possession of applicant-accused Police Station,Excise Ashoknagar seized 75 bulk litres of illicit liquor and a crime under the aforesaid offence was registered and he was arrested. After investigation, charge sheet has been filed.
