RAMPRASAD PAL Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed by order dtd. 17/1/2022 passed in M.Cr.C.No.63470/2021.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 18/10/2021 in connection with Crime No.320/2021 registered at Police Station Maharajpura, District Gwalior for offence under Ss. 376 and 506 of IPC.

(3.) The first bail application of the applicant has already been dismissed on merits by order dtd. 17/1/2022 passed in M.Cr.C.No.63470/2021.
