JUDGEMENT

(1.) This 8th application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. The 7th application was dismissed by order dtd. 6/7/2020 passed in M.Cr.C.No.15107/2020.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 9/1/2018 in connection with Crime No.110/2017 registered at Police Station Lahar, District Bhind for offence under Ss. 363, 366, 376 of IPC and under Sec. 3/4 of the POCSO Act.

(3.) It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that although the prosecution had closed its case but the case was being adjourned on the ground of non-filing of the DNA report.
