JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER is a lady working as a Health Worker in Community Health Centre, Sillot, District Betul. By the impugned order dated 19.7.2012 petitioner is transferred to Community Health Centre, Sonegaon, Amla, District Betul and in the order petitioner is shown to be transferred on her own request. It is a case of the petitioner that she has not made any request for transfer. Contending that her husband is working as a Peon in Government Polytechnic College, Betul and in the absence of request made by the petitioner transferring her showing on request, husband and wife are not being posted together, order of transfer is contrary to the transfer policy, petitioner has filed this writ petition. Taking note of the fact that petitioner is shown to have been transferred on her own request and it is her case that she has not made any request, it is thought appropriate to direct the respondents to reconsider the question of transfer of the petitioner and after taking note of the fact that no request has been made by the petitioner, issue fresh orders in the matter.
