JUDGEMENT

(1.) AMENDMENT as prayed for vide I.A. No. 1307/2011, which is only to bring on record certain developments, which may have bearing of the impugned action taken against the petitioner, is allowed. Amendment be incorporated within one week.

(2.) RESPONDENTS may file a detailed return answering the averments made in the amendment application also within four weeks.
