JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER is working as Tahsildar, Nainpur, District Mandla and by the impugned order dated 13.7.2012 petitioner has been transferred to Dindori. Challenge to the order of transfer is made mainly on the ground of breach of transfer policy, non completion of tenure posting, violation of guidelines with regard to posting in tribal area and certain personal inconveniences of the petitioner on the ground that petitioner is a lady and should not be posted in tribal area.

(2.) ACCORDINGLY , it is directed that on the petitioner's filing representation within one week from today, the respondents shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks thereof. Till the representation is so decided petitioner be permitted to work in case she has not been relieved.

(3.) WITH the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of. c.c. as per rules.
