JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order shall govern final disposal of Writ Petition No. 14984/2006 (Ramdas Jhade v. State of M. P. and three others) and Writ Petition No. 15319/2006 (Ramdas Jhade and two others v. State of M. P. and five others).

(2.) THESE writ petitions are at the instance of Ex- President, Shikshak Palak Sangh, Government Multipurpose Middle School, Betul.

(3.) THREE schools in District Betul were earmarked out of which one was to be selected as school of excellence. The District Planning Committee in its meeting on 25-09-2001, after due deliberations selected and designated Government Multi Purpose Higher Secondary School, Betul, as School of Excellence. Orders to that effect were issued by the State Government on 20-03-2002.
