GENDALAL RAJPUT Vs. SATPURA NARMADA KSHETRIYA GRAMIN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER, an employee of the respondent Satpura Narmada Kshetriya Gramin Bank, having been found suitable was promoted to the post of Officer Scale I by order dated 5.10.2011 and has been transferred from Seoni Malwa to Branch Porsa Road, District Morena.

(2.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that being afflicted with Polio Militias he is 60% handicapped and being so though protected by the policy of the respondent Bank against transfer to distant place, has been sent to over 600 k.ms from the previous place of posting. On the strength of the policy, petitioner seeks quashment of his transfer and a direction to the respondents to accommodate the petitioner at Seoni Malwa, on the vacant post of Scale I Officer.
