JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD on the question of admission. Perused the impugned orders and petition.

(2.) PETITION seems to be arguable hence admitted for final hearing.

(3.) APPLICANT has been convicted u/s 324 of IPC and sentenced to R.I for 6 months with fine of Rs.1,000/ -by J.M.FC Tikamgarh in Criminal Case No.1825/08 on 21.07.2009 and in appeal bearing no.116/09 learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge Tikamgarh vide judgment dated 9.8. 2012 dismissed the appeal.
