JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant who is Pujari in Ambe Mata Temple, on 21/01/2012 lodged a complaint of theft, against some unknown persons, with regard to ornaments and articles of Goddess Ambe being stolen from the temple.

(2.) In the FIR lodged at Police Station Sarangpur, list of ornaments and articles which were stolen was given by the applicant. It was also mentioned by the applicant that the ornaments mentioned were not seen in the temple and if any thing else has been stolen, he would be able to tell only after seeing.

(3.) On the basis of the said F.I.R., an offence under sections 451 and 380 of IPC was registered against unknown persons.
