(2.) AFTER arguing for some time, Shri S.S. Chauhan prays for withdrawal of the petition with a liberty to pursue his departmental representation Annexure -P/7. With the aforesaid liberty, petition is permitted to be withdrawn. This Court has no doubt that if such representation is tenable, it will be looked into by the competent authority in accordance law.
