JUDGEMENT

(1.) SHRI A. K. Sethi with Shri Garvesh Barjatya, learned counsel for appellants.

(2.) HEARD on admission.

(3.) YESTERDAY , i.e. on 11 -2 -2002, another identical L.P. A. No. 56/2001 had come up for consideration before this Bench. In the said matter, after having heard the learned counsel for appellants, this Court was pleased to dismiss the L.P.A. but with liberty to the appellants to move an appropriate Review Application before the learned Single Judge and delay, if any, was condoned, if such review was filed with in a period of fifteen days from the said date.
