This petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is a District Treasury Officer, Durg, seeking a direction for quashing of the order passed by the Sahayak Sanchalak dated 24-6-1978, an order by the same authority dated 30-7-1979 and the order passed by Awar Sachiv, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Finance Department, Bhopal dated nil of March 1980.
