JUDGEMENT

(1.) At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks for and is granted permission to withdraw this second bail application under Sec. 439 of CrPC filed by the applicant in connection with Crime No.270/2020 registered at Police Station Gohad District Bhind for offence under Ss. 147, 148, 149, 341, 294 and 302 of IPC.
