JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of temporary suspension filed on behalf of the applicants. The applicants are in custody since 09/10/2021 in connection with Crime No.539/2021 registered at Police Station Ranapur, District-Jhabua for the offence punishable under Ss. 302, 201 and 34 of IPC.
