JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The applicant is in custody since 3.12.2020 in connection with Crime No.703/2020 registered at P.S., Kishanganj, Mhow, District Indore for the offence punishable under Section 420, 272, 273 of IPC and Section 27(2)(e), 51, 52, 57, 58, 59, 63 Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006.

(2.) As prosecution story, on 3.12.2020 Food Security Officer of Food and Drug Administration Department, Indore has filed a complaint to the following effect. :-
