JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since relief claimed in all these petitions are more or less similar, all these matters are taken up together and decided by this common order.

(2.) For facility and reference, facts from W.P. No.597/2021 are taken for adjudication in all the cases.

(3.) This petition u/A.226 of Constitution of India praying for following reliefs;
