(3.) Applicant Krishpal Kataria S/o Ummedsingh is implicated in Crime No.179/2020 registered at Police Station Sundarsi, District Shajapur for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the IPC and he is in custody since 15.12.2020.
