MEENA BAI Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this First application u/S 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 348/2021 registered at Police Station Mehgaon, District Bhind for the offence punishable under sec. 306, 34 of IPC.

(3.) Allegation against the applicant and other co-accused persons, in short, is that on account of dowry demand related cruelty inflicted by the applicant and other co-accused persons to the deceased, who is sister-in-law (Bhabi) of the applicant, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. On the basis of aforesaid, crime has been registered.
