(1.) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks for and is granted permission to withdraw this first bail application under Sec. 439 of CrPC filed by the applicant in connection with Crime No.313/2021 registered at Police Station Aron, District Guna for offence under Ss. 394, 395, 397, 120-B of IPC.
