JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No.4020/2019, which is an application for condonation of delay in filing this review petition, is taken up for consideration.

(2.) Though opposed at by learned counsel for the respondents, however taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the application, delay of 25 days in filing this review petition is hereby condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No.4020/2019 stands disposed of.

(3.) Petitioners have filed this review petition under Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC read with Order 41 Rule 19 of CPC, for reviewing/ recalling the order dated 08/07/2019 passed in Second Appeal No. 94/2013 (Ramesh Mahor & others Vs. Kamlesh Kumar Sharma & others).
