(1.) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks for and is granted permission to withdraw this first bail application under Sec. 439 of CrPC filed by the applicant in connection with Crime No.01/2021 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bhind for offence under Ss. 420, 465, 467, 468 of IPC and Ss. 25(1)(a), 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 27 of Arms Act.

(2.) The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
