GIRRAJ DUBEY Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed by order dtd. 4/8/2021 passed in M.Cr.C.No.38574/2021.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 8/7/2021 in connection with Crime No.303/2021 registered at Police Station Vishwavidyalaya, District Gwalior for offence under Sec. 49-A of Excise Act

(3.) It is submitted by Shri Pathak that out of 20 criminal cases which were registered against the applicant, the applicant has already been acquitted in 17 criminal cases. However, it is fairly conceded that no copy of document has been filed.
