JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by Sunil Gupta as Public Interest Litigation, inter alia, praying that the State of Madhya Pradesh may be directed to initiate exercise for inviting global tender at par with many other States including the State of Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Delhi.
