JUDGEMENT

(2.) This is first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., in connection with Crime No.1001/2020, registered at Police Station Maihar, District Satna, for commission of offence punishable under Sections 379, 34 of IPC.

(3.) The allegation of the prosecution is that on 15.10.2020 at about 11:00 pm the motor cycle of complainant having registration No. MP 19 MH 6319 was found to be missing. The missing report was lodged. During investigation, the applicant was interrogated and he accepted the commission of the crime alongwith other co-accused. Lateron on their information and instance the said motor cycle was recovered. On that basis, aforesaid crime was registered against the applicant and other co-accused.
