SAGAR SINGH Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This third application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. The second application was dismissed by order dtd. 8/2/2021 passed in M.Cr.C.No.5538/2021.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 16/10/2020 in connection with Crime No.990/2020 registered at Police Station Cantt, District Guna for offence under Sec. 392 of IPC.

(3.) In view of the fact that the applicant was identified by the complainant in the Dock as well as non-explanation of Rs.3,63,200.00 which was allegedly recovered from the possession of the applicant, no case is made out for grant of bail.
