JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P/1), whereby stoppage of two increments without cumulative effect has been imposed on him.

(2.) Learned Government Advocate for the respondents/State has pointed out that an alternate statutory remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner.
