JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the fourth bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the applicant. The earlier three applications i.e. M.Cr.C.Nos. 36438/20, 17883/20, 2236/20 have been dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 21.10.20, 27.6.20 and 20.01.2020 respectively.

(2.) The applicant is in custody since 19.7.2019 in connection with Crime No.201/2019 registered at P.S. Afzalpur, District Mandsaur for the offence punishable under Section 8/15, 25 and 29 of NDPS Act.

(3.) As per prosecution story, on the basis of secret information the police party reached on spot and intercepted the car bearing registration No. GJ05BX 7082. On search, 61 Kg. Poppystraw was recovered from the possession of present applicant. Accordingly, case has been registered against him.
