JUDGEMENT

(1.) In pursuance of the directions issued by the Apex Court and guidelines issued by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, the matter was taken up through video conferencing while adhering to the norms of social distancing prescribed by the Government.

(2.) This common order shall govern the disposal of the aforesaid two cases, as they being consequential to each other are interrelated.

(3.) In WP No. 19185/2020, the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in not relieving the petitioner to join on deputation in the light of the order dated 03/03/2020(Annexure P-4) after consent of the borrowing department with no objection from the parent department. In such circumstances, it is prayed that respondent No.3 may be commanded to relieve the petitioner forthwith so that the order of deputation dated 03/03/2020 can be executed.
