JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner was elected as Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Pahadiya, 365, Janpad Panchayat, Raipur Karchulian District Rewa on 18.1.2010. Respondent no. 1 filed an election petition as 122 of the M.P. Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam 1993.

(2.) Petitioner raised objection as to maintainability of election petition and for dismissal of election petition for non compliance of Rule 7 of M.P. Panchayats (Election Petitions, Corrupt Practices and Disqualification for Membership) Rules 1995 (hereafter referred as Rules 1995).'
