JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher and is presently posted as Block Academic Coordinator, Zila Shilksha Kendra, Tehsil Gyarspur, District Vidisha. He has filed this petition for directions to the respondents to extend the benefit of regular pay-scale, to him from the date of his initial appointment, i.e., 15th November, 1988 and to pay him the arrears of salary and other monetary benefits as has been granted to other similarly situated teachers.
