JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner who claims to be a displaced person on account of acquisition of land for establishment of Mahan Aluminium and Captive Thermal Power Plant (Hindalco), Limited, Bargawa, District Singrauli, has filed this petition stating that while compensation for land acquired has been paid to him, other benefits available to him under the Rehabilitation Policy, 2002 have not been made available to him.

(2.) The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State as well as for the respondent No. 3, who has been directed to do so, state that if the petitioner approaches the Collector, Singrauly by filing a representation, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and the policy.

(3.) With the aforesaid directions the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
