JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accordingly, Shri Sushant Tiwari, learned counsel and his associates are permitted to assist the State Counsel.

(2.) This is the first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 13/6/2020 by Police Station Godan, District Datia(M.P.) in connection with Crime No.2/2020 registered for offence under Sections 324 , 323 , 294 , 506 , 336 , 147 , 148 , 149 and added Section 307 of IPC.
