JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard, Case-diary perused.

(2.) This application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicant- Lakhan @ Lakhan who is implicated in connection with Crime No.380/2019, registered at Police Station-Ratlam, District-Ratlam for commission of offence punishable under Section 8 / 20 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1985.

(3.) As per prosecution case, on 28/07/2019, on the basis of secret information police intercepted White Bolero pick up vehicle bearing Registration No. MP 43 G 1708 and recovered 1 quintal and 50 kgs., of cannabis from the possession of co-accused- Jaibansingh Solanki and Rahul.
