(2.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(3.) The applicant is in custody since 05.02.2020 in connection with Crime No.414/2019 registered at Police Station Nimbola, District-Burhanpur (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 363 , 366 , 376 , 376 (2)(n) of the IPC and Section 5L/6 of the POCSO Act.
