(2.) This is first bail application filed by the applicants under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(3.) The applicant is in custody since 12.02.2020, in connection with Forest Crime No.POR No.21528/15 registered at Forest Range Sarhi-Kor Reserve Tiger Kanha Mandla (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 9 , 27 , 29 , 31 , 35(6) , 39(1)(D) and 51(1)(C) of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.
