(2.) This is first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant. Applicant has been arrested on 31.01.2020 in connection with Crime No.70/2020 registered at Police Station Bagsevaniya, District Bhopal for commission of offence punishable under Section 8 / 20 of N.D.P.S. Act.

(3.) As per prosecution story, 1.2 kg ganja was seized from the possession of applicant on 31.01.2020.
