JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No.11557/2020, an application under Section 301(2) of Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the complainant for assisting the State Counsel, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) Accordingly, Shri Sohit Mishra, learned counsel and his associates are permitted to assist the State Counsel.

(3.) The applicants have filed this first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail. Applicants have been arrested on 20/06/2020 by Police Station Civil Lines, Distt. Morena (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.630/2019 registered for offence under Sections 452 , 294 , 323 , 325 , 147 , 148 , 149 , 307 , 506 of IPC.
