(1.) Heard. Perused the case diary.

(2.) I.O. is present. He has responded to the query made by this court on last occasion and stated that there are no criminal antecedents registered at police station Makdone, District Ujjain. The presence of I.O. is dispensed with.

(3.) This is first application under section 439 Cr.P.C on behalf of applicant - Narendra Singh, seeking bail in connection with Crime No.234/19, registered at Police Station Barod, for the offences punishable under sections 394 , 120B and 395 of IPC. He is in custody since 24.12.2019.
